The Senior Secretary performs secretarial and clerical duties including, but not limited to:

Job Summary:
Reporting to the Director of Special Funds and Agency Operations, the successful candidate will have primary responsibility for for the day to day management of the SME Programme and ensure that activities are carried out within the approved budget and in accordance with the agreed work plan.
Compliance Officer
Job Summary:
Reporting to the Head of Compliance, the Compliance Officer will have the following
responsibilities;
• Provide support in the implementation of the revised TDB AML/CFT, and Sanctions
framework and policies;
• Oversee the business and support departments in analyzing, screening and evaluate data needed to meet TDB’s AML/CFT and Sanctions requirements and Know your Customer (KYC) thresholds;
• Ensure AML/CFT, Sanctions and KYC related activities are performed timely and issues are addressed appropriately as required;
• Provide support in developing and implementing a risk-based compliance monitoring
framework, capable of identifying, assessing and reporting all material compliance risks.
• Provide support in producing compliance and monitoring activities of all departments
within TDB to ensure their procedures, internal systems and controls are up-to-date and properly documented and adherered to.
• Provide support in developing an effective compliance, AML/CFT and Sanctions training program for employees and board of directors to create awareness on risks faced, and the laws, regulations, trends and ethical standards governing the banking industry.
• Identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk, and develop/implement
corrective action plans for resolution of problematic issues; and provide general guidance on dealing with similar situations in the future
• Advising and monitoring compliance with policies, procedures, rules, regulations,
obligations and standards set by or to TDB and such legislation applicable to TDB;
• Facilitate in coordinating the review of the overall compliance infrastructure of the Bank; and
• Performing other duties as assigned.
