Job Purpose

Identify and attract the best talent within the bank and in the market for vacancies in line with job requirements and organisational objectives.

Main Responsibilities

  • Work with Senior Leaders and HR Business Partner(s) to understand key resource requirements and ensure talent acquisition tactics that meet both current and future organizational needs.

  • Provide recruitment expertise on employee resourcing tactics to propose suitable, cost effective and timely solutions.

  • Manage recruitment processes, ensuring recruitment activities are in line with agreed timelines with stakeholders and the resourcing policy.

  • Stay abreast of developments and opportunities in the labor market (both local and international), report on trends in the banking sector/other relevant industries and impact on NMB talent acquisition strategies.

  • Business understanding of banking functions and processes, and labor market trends.

  • Thorough understanding of talent availability of different banking disciplines in the market.

  • Listening and negotiation skills.

  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written.

  • Interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor Degree in Social Science, Business Management, Psychology, Human Resources or any other related field.

  • Master’s degree in the related field is an added advantage.

  • At least 5 years’ working experience in Human Resources department, 2 years in Resourcing or Talent Acquisition function.
