1. ESTATE OFFICER: ML8(1 POSITION)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Inspect the building in order to identify defects and timely provides report to superior
Attend with courtesy tenant’s complaints and timely provide report to superior
Ensure that land rent and services charges are in respects of the plots are paid promptly and timely provided report to superior
Assist I n preparations, implementations and reviewing the property management policy and timely provided report superior
Advice timely on matters related to property management
Ensure that the building is promptly and efficiently supplied with all facilities and social services
Perform any other duties assigned by supervisor
QUALIFIACATIONS
Holder of bachelor degree in Land management and valuations estate management, building economics or equivalent qualifications with at least 3 years of relevant work experience in a reputable institutions
Must be computer literacy
2. LEGAL PFFICER ML8 (I POST)
QUALIFICATIONS
Formulate and evolve legal defense and prospection’s strategies for the cases in which MCCCCL has interested and timely provided report t superior
Give legal opinion when and as required by superiors from time to time
Draft contract between MCCCCL and other parties and timely provided reports to superior
Attend court cases on behalf of the company and timely provided report to superior
Assist the property manager to liaise with the high court and courts subordinate various institutions government ministries and department on legal matters and timely provide report to superior
Handle, administer and advice on less tenancies and general countersigning matters and timely provider reports to superior
QUALIFICATIONS
Holder LLB with at least 3 years post qualifications experience in legal practice at similar positions in reputable institutions or certified advocate of the high court of Tanzania with a LLB or equivalent
Must be computer literacy strong back ground of the lands laws and regulations

3. PR AND MARKETING OFFICER ML8 1 POSITION
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Execute promotional, advertising and industry affairs duties and timely provide report to superior
Implement companies marketing objectives policies procedures and programme and timely provide report to superior
Act all liaison to outside advertising agencies for ongoing companies
Maintain the update marketing database including catalogues and customer files and timely provide report to superior
Provide marketing intelligence and timely recommend through written reports to superior on appropriate actions
Prepare promotions strategies and development of promotional and publicity program of MCCCCL and timely provide reports to superior
Implementations of marketing and communications plans and timely provider reports to superior
